Centiro is the best place to work in Sweden 2021! We placed no 1 in the Large Organization Category (+250 employees) when the best places to work in Sweden were announced on March 25th.This is the first year for us on the Large Organization list and we are happy we went straight through to the top!

Our determined work with culture, leadership and the person in focus has resulted in top positions twelve years in a row in Sweden and high positions on the European list for ten. Centiro has previously been number one on the list for medium-sized companies.

We have also received the prestigious title Great Place to Work Legend™ for the third time, for our dedicated and long-term approach to our workplace culture efforts.

Centiro is one of the Best Workplaces in Europe 2020! We were announced on the Best Workplaces in Europe list for the tenth year! The prize was awarded by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

Centiro has been awarded DI Gasell for the seventh time! Being awarded DI Gasell for three years or more qualifies Centiro to the selected few MästarGasell companies in Sweden.

Centiro has received the award Årets Superföretag 2020 since we have met high demands for growth, profitability and return on capital for at least four years in a row. Only 709 Swedish companies live up to the requirements. This is the fifth year that Centiro is named Superföretag. The prize was awarded by Bisnode Sverige AB.

Centiro has once again achieved the Gold level in the assessment of environmental, social, and ethical performance conducted by EcoVadis.

EcoVadis evaluates how well a company has integrated the principles of sustainability into its business and management system. The evidence-based assessments cover business ethics, work environment, environment and energy footprint, procurement, and important social factors.

With this year’s score, Centiro Group AB ranks among the top five percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis.

Centiro has achieved AAA D&B Rating for the 20th consecutive year, which places us in the Gold AAA club of Swedish companies with a rare financial track record.

Centiro made it to the Top 10 List and placed number 5 when Karriärföretagen asked IT-students to rank the most attractive workplaces in Sweden. Our placement is truly a confirmation that all the effort we have put into our workplace and culture to stay relevant for young professionals who shape our future pays off.

Centiro has been awarded for Best Activities in Employer Branding. The award was announced at Karriärdagen 2020, hosted by Karriärföretagen. An award ceremony was held to shine light on companies that have excelled a little extra as an employer this year.

Centiro was awarded Newcomer of the Year at Universum's Employer Branding Awards 2020. During the ceremony, both companies and individuals who have done "the little extra" are awarded for building a strong Employer Brand toward Young Professionals.
