Record year for Centiro – Recruiting over 60 people

Dec 20, 2019

With an annual growth rate of 25% and a strong influx of new assignments, Centiro invests boldly and will employ at least 60 new colleagues during the year.
– This is a global investment which benefits the labor market in several countries, says CEO Niklas Hedin.

The software company Centiro is growing rapidly and has landed several new customers on strategically important markets. With this, they are looking at expanding capacity as well as entirely new ways of working. For the next growth phase, Centiro challenges and thinks differently to be able to take the next big step in size.

– We are trailblazers and constantly challenge ourselves. We are constantly thinking about how we should renew and run our business in new formats. This growth phase includes, among other things, a powerful lift on the technology side, where the changes enables us to faster realize ideas which create value for our customers. In connection with this investment, we will need many Software Developers and Data Analysts to the Global Hub in Borås, but this also means more new roles in Sweden, the US and India, Niklas continues.

The future is bright for Centiro. Even before the recruitments went public, spontaneous applications poured in. The corporate culture is always close to heart for Centiro. When Sweden’s best places to work were announced in March, Centiro received the prestigious title “Great Place to Work Legend” for its dedicated and long-term approach to its workplace culture efforts. The company’s conscious efforts relating to culture and leadership, and its focus on people have resulted in high rankings for the past ten years.

– We’ve spent almost half of Centiro’s 20-year existence at the top of the European rankings, which says a lot about our focus and long-term approach. It demonstrates to our employees, customers, and others that our leadership with co-operation at its heart, as well as our soft values, can be trusted over time. This becomes more important as we become more digital – our individual abilities are unique, and that’s something we cherish. For me, the relationship between employee satisfaction, market leadership, and financial results is crystal clear,” concludes Niklas.
