Customer experience and speed in focus - Centiro expands offering to online retail

Borås, Sweden 3 May 2017 – Centiro, the provider of cloud-based delivery management solutions, today reveals Centiro Delivery Options, enabling retailers to offer more dynamic and tailored online delivery services to customers. The reveal comes at a time when online retail is placing an increasingly sharp focus on the customer experience, from checkout onward. Delivery options are becoming increasingly important:  YouGov1 research has revealed almost 1 in 2 (46%) UK online shoppers opt for a retailer offering multiple options for delivery over one offering just a single option.

Next to other customers implementing Centiro Delivery Options, the fashion eCommerce company Zalando will explore further opportunities with Centiro too, to propel in speed and innovation on how delivery is offered on their platform.
