Steady top-level performance during global expansion

Mar 17, 2016

On March 16, the international company Great Place to Work Institute presented its choices for Sweden’s Best Workplaces in 2016. The award ceremony has been an annual event for 14 years, and for the seventh year in a row Centiro made the top five. Centiro was ranked fifth in the medium-sized workplace (50–249 employees) category.

“We’re just thrilled,” says Niklas Hedin, CEO at Centiro Solutions AB. “Our steady work and focus on our staff and workplace culture has made us one of the world’s best in our niche. Remember, we nearly tripled our organisation, which now spans three continents, while staying at the top of our game, both in terms of measured results and the ranking on this list. Making the top five again is a welcome bonus in this context, and we know it will inspire people in and outside the company.”

“For the seventh time in a row, Centiro ranked among the top five Best Workplaces in Sweden,” says Maria Grudén, CEO of Great Place to Work. “Over the years, they’ve built a genuine workplace culture based on team spirit and generosity between employees, which is reflected all the way to customer delivery.”

The award Sweden’s Best Workplaces is divided into three categories: small, medium and large organisations. The Great Place to Work Institute was founded in the US in 1983 and has been naming the best workplaces in Europe, the lists of Sweden’s Best Workplaces are based in part on a survey of the companies’ employees, who respond to a questionnaire with statements about their workplace.
