Seeking the proof

The quest and ambition to be a Great Place to Work is worth nothing unless we are prepared to evaluate ourselves and make public the results from that evaluation. Since 2009, we work together with the Great Place to Work Institute to collect the satisfaction index from our employees anonymously. This together with a thorough culture audit of our principles, values and practices make the results from their evaluation.

The institute's definition of a Great Place to Work is a place where the employees trust the people they work for, are proud of what they accomplish and enjoy working with their colleagues.

The results

We are proud of the fact that our results from the evaluation led to Centiro being judged as the second best workplace in Sweden in 2010, and also a placement on the top-50 list in Europe. The European list is based on an evaluation of 1.300 organizations in 17 countries, employing some 1.6 million people in total.

The result in 2011 was even better. Amongst medium sized companies (50-250 employees) Centiro was awarded Sweden's number one workplace! Not only did we receive the award for being the greatest place to work but also a special price for inspirational leadership. The story continues...
